Well, the silence is deafening, @JeepCares .

I guess my tune on Jeep and its customer service is about to change. You are hanging a 33 year loyal Jeep customer (Currently own 5 among me, my wife, and kids and owned 3 before those) out to dry.

I'm deeply disappointed. I'm hoping you've just been busy and can reach out soon.

Why don't you just pick up the phone and call them? Do you think they should have to go out of their way to hunt you down. Do you really think they have people that just come through the forums looking for somebody who has an issue?

I have done that as well as PM them. Their lack of response (now changed to delay) is not normal for them. They are usually very responsive.

And yes, they do. I've been here since the very beginning of this forum and very often see them do just that....looking through the forums and helping out with issues.

I have called and PM'd, both. I posted publicly after that failed, to get their attention. And it did. they just responded with a PM.

And just so you know, I've had their reps here on the forum provide more help than the ones on the phone. That info might help you in the future, too.

You might pay attention to how this works out if you plan to keep that 4xe for awhile. It might help you if you need it down the road.
