@JeepCares ditto, I did not receive said package either.@JeepCares I never got my welcome package from you guys that comes with the touch paint and stuff. Idk if it’s because I moved shortly after buying my Jeep or what but what can I do to get it?
Congratulations on your purchase, Stunnedbanana. If you're working with your dealer on some of these concerns and need an additional layer of assistance, don't hesitate to connect with our team via direct message.Just bought a 2018 Wrangler JL Safari Unlimited. I’m almost thinking that the last thing I should have done is start reading the Jeep Wrangler forums. From the vague steering to the rust on the undercarriage and the craziness of the bowing springs on the Mopar 2.5” lift kit...what did I get myself into? Actually I love the Jeep. I traded in my Grand Cherokee because I wanted something closer to my old CJ7 (which I absolutely loved). I have wheels on order to mount some 35” Yokohama G003 M/Ts and I’m going to install the JKS 2.5” lift kit with a Terraflex spare tire kit. So far a really like the immediate torque of the 2.0l turbo motor and it rides better than I expected...the steering is pretty vague but I’m pretty happy overall.
Stunnedbanan, read this forum with a grain of salt! Use it when it might help you otherwise it'll kill ya! lol Your troubles may start when you add that aftermarket stuff but of course that's on you not Jeep!Just bought a 2018 Wrangler JL Safari Unlimited. On my Jeep app it shows 4 oil changes and 4 tire rotations good for 2 yrs.I picked up my 2019 JLUR in Feb and it comes with Jeep Wave. When I call dealers they have a hard time telling me what service is included in that program. Is it spelled out anywhere what they should do each service? One dealer said oil and no tire rotation. another had a hard time answering anything and then when they looked up VIN they said (in hesitant voice) oil (up to $50) and tire rotation.
