    This exactly! You're not a big shot to Jeep because you bought a 45-50K Jeep that you say is a 60K Jeep. Pretty sure the college student with the Renegade and me with my 37K Rubi are getting the same treatment. Which is not necessarily very good when compared with other manufacturers.

    Very true. My personal experience with FCA has been less than great, but my other brands have not been without problems.

    Hard to believe no one in authority has taken the initiative to get a transmission to the dealer in less than 7 weeks. I kind of think I will not keep mine past 36K but apparently the warranty is not as much protection as one would believe...

    Sure hope I don't need any major parts for any warranty work. Wonder why transmissions are so hard to get? And I also wonder why the people who cases are escalated to cannot further escalate to someone who has the authority to make something happen? Clearly transmissions exist and all that is needed is someone with authority to make the call. Ford just replaced the transmission in a car for me that was out of warranty but failed prematurely at no cost or effort on my part. Took a week and a half...

    @JeepCares I never got my welcome package from you guys that comes with the touch paint and stuff. Idk if it’s because I moved shortly after buying my Jeep or what but what can I do to get it?

    My back up camera on my 2018 JLU Rubicon keeps going black this is the second time I am having to go in and get it fixed. What is going on
