What exactly do you do? I have read numerous negative comments about Jeep Cares and am not aware of your function and ability to problem solve. Are you just a PR group and I don’t mean this as a negative comment. I have a 2017 Harley Davidson Triglide, an Audi Q5 and a BMW X5. I was informed about their customer service representatives, who to call if a dealer problem, etc. Not so when I purchased my Moab.
You haven't looked too hard if you've only seen negative posts. I've posted several times about my positive experiences with @JeepCares that helped to resolve issues. Others have done the same. It isn't hard to spot all the bitching, though, because this is an internet forum, and that's the nature of the beast.

@DanW I 100% Agee with you. In fact that is why I always make sure to post positive experiences with a dealership or customer service etc. most people don't take time out of their day to report positive things, it's only when they are mad that they feel it's worth taking the time to point things out.

@ others looking for feedback on the Jeep / FCA care teams:
In my case, I have had a nightmare with my new vehicle, and one dealership has been less than ideal. However another dealership was awesome and I have had great luck with both the FCA / Jeep Wave customer service and the @JeepCares team here.

While I am not happy with my particular Rubicon, I still feel they are good vehicles and before mine developed the steering issues it was a joy to drive. Will I buy another if mine is repurchased? I am not sure. However with the customer service I have received so far it is not out of the question. I had a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer SS that also ended up being a lemon. That process was a nightmare from start to finish. The dealers were tough to work with, GM customer service was tough to work with, and the entire process made me never want another GM again. I ended up getting the BBB involved in that case as GM was so hard to deal with. They did a ride along, and reviewed my documentation and the decision was made right away. This has not been the same at all and the Jeep customer service is a big part of that.

All I can say is be professional, document your issues, take photos and videos, and trust that the people you reach out to have nothing personal against you. If you treat them like you would like to be treated it goes much further than being difficult. Just the fact that FCA have a team of people on forums like this, and social media says a lot.

Do you have any idea when Gorilla Glass windshields will be available for the JL?

Any fixes for the crippling Uconnect 8.4 issues? I have called my dealer about it numerous times. They're clueless (shocker)... Would love for Jeep to resolve this far-spanning issue I have in my $50k purchase.

• Occasionally can't switch between apps on UConnect
• Occasionally the backup camera is missing guide lines
• Occasionally audio cuts out every 2 seconds or so
• FREQUENTLY having issues with CarPlay. Yes I'm using a new Apple Cable.

All these issues seem to happen more often when it's cold outside.

PLEASE look into this. It's driving me nuts, and I paid too much for this vehicle for the radio/UConnect interface to be crippled.

I misspoke as I meant to say very negative responses by Jeep owners to Jeep Cares and some negative about Jeep Cares. I was not sure as to what their mission and purpose is. I pray I will never have to ask them for help as for now I am fortunate to have a great dealership.

Rear defroster broke months ago, dealer states rear winshield wont be in until May 19' some time.

They also stated the hard top would have to remain on the Jeep to fix it.

Sooo...I've gone all winter with no rear windshield defroster and now I cant change out my hard top with the soft top for spring time??

Mind you, they have told me 3 different dates the rear windshield would be in. Never comes in, always gets pushed out.

Very frustrated with this one issue, especially after paying $60,000 for the Jeep.

Is there anything at all that can be done to help me @JeepCares??

To whom it may concern @JeepCares:

Have yet to receive our Jeep. Appears from the customer perspective the vehicle is either lost or held in limbo and no accurate information is being shared to the customer. Ordered 2/12, built 3/4, cleared JB into KZ 3/8. Initial estimated delivery 3/20, then 3/28, then 4/2, then 4/4, now 4/6. If that date even holds true, that is 53 days from order to delivery. According to one watched thread within the Forum, a similar build Jeep delivered to close proximity to us, that customer ordered their Jeep 6 days after us and has now received their Jeep (31 days between order to delivery). Our dealership salesman, a nine year sales employee, does not appear to be able find out any information. Any useful accurate information on why this one vehicle is taking much longer to be loaded up and delivered would be appreciated.

Hi there Jeep Care’s!
I’m wondering how many people who bought JL’s with the 7” touchscreen thought it would have connectivity with the smartphone app? Would/does Jeep have any plans of an aftermarket add on modem (like Ford Remote Access) system upgrade? Thank you in advance.

Saying how much the vehicle cost won't impress them. Any new car should have the same expectation of quality (not counting Bentleys, Rolls, etc. they really pay a lot for the expectation).

If they do find an all encompassing fix for steering issues they may not have a recall unless they can pin it down to a build timeframe, manufacturer, etc. They could issue a TSB or Star Case to take care of it for those that actually experience the issue. Most of the Wranglers do not have a steering problem. And since they have had the death wobble and other steering/suspension issues on Wranglers for at least 25 years I wouldn't hold my breath for an all encompassing cure.

This exactly! You're not a big shot to Jeep because you bought a 45-50K Jeep that you say is a 60K Jeep. Pretty sure the college student with the Renegade and me with my 37K Rubi are getting the same treatment. Which is not necessarily very good when compared with other manufacturers.

Please go read other manufacturers forums and you'll see the same bitching about quality and dealer service.
