Like I said, AI ...responded to my initial hypothesis of "AI", but never bothered to answer now moot question of Voucher Extension, or Crash Test Data release.
Hi four low,
Sorry if we missed something! This thread is getting messy and a lot of posts get lost. That's why we ask everyone to send us a PM. If you have this voucher or need any additional information, please send us a PM with your questions.

@JeepCares With all due respect, we know you are being inudated with a lot of questions here, but to drop an answer like ".... the off road pages are not available on 2018 model...." is straight up nonsense! We paid for it, if an update will fix this in the near future, no big deal, but if you are saying we will never get what we paid for that's a problem! So either be more specific or don't give ambiguous answers, please. Same applies to the windshield tie downs, same applies to red "Jeep" logo mats, hood alarm, etc.... We paid for these features, they were in print and in pictures by FCA. Let's get some real answers on these issues especially the "Off Road Pages!"
{ P. S. Aren't you glad this wasn't a "where's my Jeep" question ?}
Haven’t some users posted pics of the off-road screens?

What does that mean? Are they coming with an update, or are the people who ordered a MY2018 is SOL?
This is the information we have at this time, sfadchi. I can certainly update the thread once I have more details to share.

Jasmine,

Sorry, I've been out of pocket for awhile and just checked the forum. Thanks for your response and finding out about this. My local dealer was trying to find out and wasn't sure (knowing it is the only option holding up my order). I did notice Jeep pulled this option of the "build" section of the Jeep.com website. Will keep my fingers crossed on the 4/2 availability.
You got it, Landstand.

Follow up to this. I was just on the Navy Federal Credit Union Car Program website which you can build a car with the options you want and then get their pricing. Anyway when I added the Premium Tan Soft top it then automatically added the 2.0L engine option which tells me in order to get the tan soft top you have to get the 2.0L engine (which I saw someone state in another post as well). Can you confirm this? Thanks.

If the off-road pages weren't to be included in the 2018 models, then they wouldn't be talked about in the 2018 model manual....

@meflattery took his Jeep with mopar 2ā€ out for some light off-roading now has extreme bowing....
We, as buyers of this lift, need assurance that Jeep in seriously beginning to investigate this. Becoming potentially dangerous to drive some of these vehicles.
I understand you will tell us to go to dealer individually, but we all bought this lift and put our faith in jeep. We deserve to know how jeep is moving forward with this. We all need assurance of how it will be dealt with. @JAY maybe you know of a way to get this elevated?

They are clearly avoiding this question... And if "not ever available" there will be a price to pay. The "bait and switch" is not acceptable. So either tell us the truth or come up with a plan for those of us who were tricked. @JeepCares

Read on another forum that there was a issue with the roll/pitch cluster so that’s why the pages were pulled...so people don’t use that as a guide and roll the Jeep. Should be out as a update once that page is fixed.

Hopefully that’s true. Makes a helluva lot more sense than, ā€œit won’t be avail on 2018 vehiclesā€ despite the manual and every promotional/auto show saying otherwise.

Makes perfect sense to pull it did a sefety issue. I don't think anyone would have an issue with that. But to say "unavailable* is awfully ambiguous. I sent a pm to @JeepCares. We'll see how they respond (if they respond).

I have the bowing issue as well.

@JeepCares I sent you a PM a few days ago, but haven’t gotten a response. Just followed up again with some pics. Hope to hear from you soon.

I also reached out to @Quadratec since I bought the lift through them. Hopefully with the amount of revenue they represent for Mopar, they can light a fire that we can’t alone.
