Thanks for the heads up. I’ll head over today to pick up a new impact. Maybe an air ratchet tomorrow. Does anyone have experience with this one?

I just added the impact to my cart online and it said that item is exempt from the coupon. I was checking if it’d apply before I made the trip

did you have any luck in store?

I haven’t gone yet. It says in store only on my page. I’ll find out soon.

EDIT: Nope. First excuse was that Earthquake was excluded. It’s not and never has been. Then it was because it’s already on sale. Whatever.:( I bought it anyway.

I picked up a new creeper there tonight. I was eyeing that Icon torque wrench but it is $349 ($261.75 after coupon)! Don't need a digital torque wrench that bad. Lol

I'm thinking of getting a tattoo on my groin that says:
Item below is 12"
* exclusions apply
* advertised length only guaranteed in the presence of Scarlett Johansson
And don't forget the one that says Welcome to Jamaica, Have a Nice Day! (old dirty joke)

You should do a search on the Torque Test Channel on YouTube. He tests Harbor Freight all the time. They do pretty well in the tests.

I was at HF today and nearly every item that was on sale was an Inside Track Club members only item. And the coupon above excludes just about anything that costs more than a few bucks. I have a ton of tools from them but why bother with a "sale" there now?

I have been using a HF one that claims 800 or 850 ft/lbs for probably 12-15 years now. It’s heavy but it’s never let me down once.

I have an electric (AC) impact from HF and it gets the job done. Faster than a four way for lugs nits for sure.

I have their Bauer electric 1/2" impact and has worked well, even removed harmonic balancer bolts.

they have a compact version(1000 ft-lb) not on sale. The cost is $129, and I’m sure it’d work for everything I need. I might try this tomorrow.

Their cobalt drill bit set in the large gray metal container is really good if you're looking for a full set. I've had mine for about 7 years. They cut metal and hold their edge really well.

Buy a Drill Doctor, and you'll be in good shape for a long time.
