I've asked something similar already but am still undecided on what to get. The halogen headlights on my 2021 JL are just awful, and my eyes aren't getting any better as I get older. I am at the point where I need to change what I have. If I go with a lamp replacement, what is recommended? Will they flicker? My mind is spinning from the amount of research I've done to really come away without answers. I've looked at Lasfit LS plus (will they flicker)? Also SV.4's (will they flicker)? I'm open to any recommendations.... Thank you all!
I just swapped all of my halogen bulbs for LED bulbs. Much cheaper and haven't had any issues.
I did headlights, fogs, and backup lights.
Have never had any error codes. Have never had any flicker.

The headlight bulb is an H13: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073ZDLKT9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The fogs are PSX24W: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GTF1GWK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The backup bulbs are 7440: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KCDCM1J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I also removed the 3rd brakelight and installed this instead. Adds a surprising amount of rear visibility above the rear tire. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PXD6MNC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have been researching this as well so when I get ready I will know what I want.

First from what I am seeing and others have testified, there is a considerable difference in the brightness. LED bulbs can put out more light than our stock halogens. It's not just that there a white light, they also brighter.

Also if cost is a concern, they are a hell of a lot cheaper than the hole light, much cheaper to replace if they go out. Or if your like me I want to keep my stock housings with the Easter egg jeep grills in them.

Anyhow some forum members recommended "Sealight" I checked them out. Seem like a good company that makes multiple different quality lights at a better price point than other name brand lights.

Oh, and there are plenty of LED bulbs out there that won't flicker and will work just fine.

And thanks to the forum members who chimed in about Sealight, I was impressed with their products and pricing.

For turn, brake and backup lights, whatever budget you like should be fine. When it comes to headlights, all bulbs aren't created equally. Some of the cheap stuff can be pretty bad and scatter light all over the place and piss off everyone that you pass in the opposite direction or drive behind.

This is by far the best video I've found on the subject of LED bulbs specific to our JL housings. Worth the watch before you buy the price leader from Amazon.

I watched this yesterday. Excellent video. I'm between two of the lamps to order. My biggest concern was the flickering, but a few on the forum said they have never had any issues with that. Just hate to take a long road trip in the daytime and be heading home at night and have flickering issues..... that could be bad.

YES...I just addressed this in another thread here where members were pushing $20 and $40 bulbs...PLEASE get a quality bulb. You are going to have to spend $100-150 but you will thank us in a year when you don't have to replace them AGAIN. Also, never buy an LED/HID headlight product that doesn't have a beam pattern picture posted with the bulb. That's the only red flag you need. If they aren't showing you the beam pattern, they don't want you to see it.

I'm between the Lasfit plus and the SV.4
Any input on which is better? I'll definitely buy the better product. Likely do the fogs too.
Thank you for your input!

The video shows the pattern of the SV.4 and they measured the light output. Compare that against whatever information you have on the Lastfit. I haven't seen any published pattern or light output on the Lastfit.

Again, I'm running the SV.4 without the anti-flicker harness now for 3+ years on my 2018 JLUR. The beam pattern and output far exceeds even the factory LED headlights, and does it with a near perfect beam pattern that doesn't scatter light above the cutoff. I understand that everyone has a budget, but you'll really be happy with the SV.4.

Personally, I didn't modify the foglights. I replaced them with a quality driving light by Baja Designs.

Thank you, again! This is very helpful information. I think I'm sold on the SV.4!

BTW, I have a lux meter, and it replicates the results the video showed. I also had the Morimoto 2Stroke bulbs before the SV.4 bulbs. They were good, but they have a rotational indexable design that started getting loose and the beam pattern started showing it. I was able to warranty return them and got the SV.4 bulbs.

I Installed the Rubicon fenders with LEDs last week. Super easy job, JScan made it simple. Also Oracle pre runner lights.
