I sure hope shipping isnt too bad, i am so ready to not have to leap out of this civic anymore and just kind of slide out of a wrangler lol. What did you order that's taking so long?

Yea no one likes a civic ??? I did a hydro blue rubi diesel but with cold, tow and black hard top. Very simple build back on 6/19. They have been telling me all parts are there and anyday it should be ready to go down the line but nothing has happened. No dates or anything. I didn't even order anything that was on backorder. Soo who knows. It will show up one day before the end of the year ? frustrated as hell ?‍

Might be that you ordered 4 door so your waiting in line with the other 90% of people who ordered 4 door while im over here only waiting with 10% of the wrangler orders lol.

Yea that's what I thought as there are a lot of orders. Not 100% as I see a lot of orders after mine being processed a d built w same or more options. Especially 4xe models. They seem to be getting pumped out left and right. All I can do is wait now and hopefully when I get from vacation next week I have good news

On 7/23 Dealer provided estimated ship date: 8/4/2021
On 7/29 Dealer provided an updated ship date: 8/5/2021
On 7/30/2021 received email from customer care about estimated delivery to the dealer: Week of 9/6/2021
On 8/2, chat responded with some better news: "Your vehicle is currently in the frame stage of the build process. Currently no Dealer ETA has been provided."
On 8/4: Cryptostickers showed my build

Now, if you read this. It shows all the tomfoolery that goes on in the middle. But in the end it was built on the date originally mentioned.
Be patient, and keep interrogating the Jeep Chat agents to get a case number after your 45 days.

Already got a case number and everything for mine as I'm 49 days in. Nothing so far and all I get from them is it's gonna start soon. Been same thing for 2 weeks now and it's like beating a dead horse. They won't even give me a date or anything

i'm living the example; i've been waiting for 1 (one!) part to repair mine for almost 2 months. even with Jeep Customer Service working mine on a VOR (Vehicle Off the Road) priority, they couldn't/wouldn't tell me when the part was going to be in sooner than the parts guys at my dealer, and didn't call me to tell me it had arrived until almost a week after it had arrived already.

you guys waiting for your diesels to be built may be waiting for the same part i was.

It makes me feel better to vent. I am just so confused. Do they only build certain vehicles at a time? I thought build to order was build to order. Like first come, first serve. Guess that's not how it is or I wouldn't be waiting 97 days and have not heard one single word from Jeep. NOT ONE WORD.

Which part where you waiting on? Usually the assembly is already built for thebpowertrain just needs to be attached to the frame. Those get shipped in by crate from out of state or country depending where motor is made. Only thing I heard slowing up things now is the radiator shroud for the jt. Was GG sky and gecko paint code for jl

8/7 Call from dealer stating Miss Rubi is built and awaiting final inspection! Did not state ETA.
We’re only 3 hours from Toledo so hoping delivery will be sooooon!
We are pumped. We may actually get our Jeep before the snow flies!

the part they had on back-order for me for 2 months was the Fuel Pump/Level Unit Module (68403974ac). i'm not sure, but i don't think it's common between the Gassers and the Diesel.

8/4: In status JB
8/7: In status HELL Says it has been built but has no shipping ETA to dealer. So I guess it is basking in the sun in Toledo.
8/9: Per Dealer it is on a train bound for Memphis.

Do any of you have any history with getting trained from Toledo to Memphis and how long it takes? The dealer said ETA is 8/23 for arrival in Memphis. Is this factually close or will it take less time? I know trains have to slow down some, but shouldn't it make it to Memphis in a week???

6 1/2 weeks at D status, Saturday went to D1. Scheduled for 8/16. However dealer said they had another customer that was supposed to be 8/16, now reading 8/26.

We'll see if they stick to 8/16. not optimistic.
