LOL! I am in the same boat. I ordered on 6/18 and have been in gathering parts for 7 weeks. My order was escalated last Saturday, and it did not change a thing. I am still in gathering parts mode.

The funny thing is my dealer told me not to order a low model because it would never get built, so I ordered a decently optioned Willys and still no movement. It sounds like most orders are taking about 90 - 100 days so at 49 days I shouldn't be surprised. But when my dealer told me that it would take 4 - 5 weeks to have the Jeep delivered it is disappointing to think it will likely be 3 - 4 months.

A dealer in Chicago has (8) 2 Doors on the lot, depending on my mood this weekend I may just make a trip and end all this nonsense, and just eat my deposit at the local dealer.

I'm sorry for you, but honestly it makes me feel a little better that you ordered the same day as me and are still in D purgatory too. Misery loves company. ?

I just keep seeing Sport 2.0 after Sport 2.0 on Crypto ordered after mine that are done and it is very frustrating.

I did order a stripper so we will see if either of us move soon.

I'm convinced their "escalation" process is like the crosswalk buttons... non-functional and just there to make us feel better.

The CSR lady I got on the phone today was very forthcoming about the lack of communication within the company. It was disheartening, but also refreshing to hear the truth for once.

She also said in the past users could get detailed info on their builds themselves, but the company took down the site.

My dealer sent me this as part of an email 3 days after I ordered. I truly believe she was sincere.
"If I had to guess it won’t be long until your Jeep arrives!" I think they are as surprised as I am on the delay.

But 7 weeks later and here we are.

If it is truly 40+ more days I'm not sure what I'll do.

My guess is the dealer would love me to cancel and put it on their lot for sale, but maybe not.

Honestly, if it truly takes that long, I'll probably take delivery, drive it over the winter, and order a 2022 in February. Carvana is still offering me for it than I'll pay for it. In addition, since ALL our local dealers have no stock and sell at MSRP, I'm guessing I could sell it private party pretty quickly for a minimal loss.

I am surprised you haven't moved, they pumped out a bunch of the 4 cylinders in the last 2 months. Hang in there you will get the Jeep you want. Update on the dealer in Chicago, they sold 4 of the 8 Jeeps they had on the lot yesterday, including the Gecko Green I was interested in. They are still a hot commodity!

No matter if we like it or not, Jeep has a great thing going with the Wrangler and I am glad to see that a Company is doing well in times like this to the point they can't make Wranglers fast enough to meet demand.

That's what we did. We liked the hella yella as much as the gecko so we went and got a helly yella rubicon last night and cancelled our gecko order.

Thought this would be the first day I didn't check the status in crypto and read threads, but alas, not the case. Some potentially positive news, my dealer called last night after a text threatening to look elsewhere or simply ditch jeep altogether. Said that 3 wranglers came in this week that were orders within a week of my order and although they didn't get any estimated date, feels confident that mine will also just "show up" one day soon. Fingers crossed that means within the next two weeks as originally expected. They are the highest volume dealer in this area, which is why I picked them despite their seedy reputation. Ya just gotta know how to handle them and read all the fine print. So here's to a happy Friday and high hopes for everyone.

Wtf lol. Ordered mine over a month before and still hasn't been touched. Lucky and from what it seems shipping isn't to bad. Dealer told me yesterday once they have the invoice within a week or so by truck. If needing rail complete diff story

I sure hope shipping isnt too bad, i am so ready to not have to leap out of this civic anymore and just kind of slide out of a wrangler lol. What did you order that's taking so long?
