I don't know exactly when it started but just noticed two days ago while on a drive. GPS won't lock and the compass is off. Will be scheduling an appointment with the dealership.
Really sad part is we had the exact same problem with my wife's 2018 Grand Cherokee. It took three months for the dealership to replace that radio. Hopefully this time it will be a better experience (but not holding my breath).
