♂ I’m taking mine in tomorrow for the gps issues , not that I actually need it cause of my phone but it’s just nice to have ..they told me on the phone when I set up the appointment that I have to change what state I’m in , in the gps system .isnt that the point of a gps to tell me that answer .... also going in for 2 recalls ....hopefully they are open tomorrow though with this virus going around

Ok so as they told me before I need the radio/gps system replaced ..They ordered it it’ll be under warranty

Driving home from Tenn. last night. GPS quit working. No satelitte service. Really disappointing. Our Jeep has 8000 miles on it and this happens.

I have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and my GPS also started becoming off the path I was taking. I took it to my local dealer and they have now jacked up the whole entertainment system ie. no radio, no GPS, no nothing. The service guy told me it would take a few days to get the radio. Now, I'm being told they have no idea when the radio would be in and are citing COVID. So I'm supposed to enjoy the summer months with the top down and no radio? No backup camera for safety? Very disappointing Jeep.

Could you help me with this. Sounds like I'm being told the dealer has no idea when the radio will come in. I purchased the premium audio system for a reason and now I'm driving the Jeep with no radio for who knows how long. I'm working with Brunswick automall in Ohio.

Dealership said they had to replace radio. 4 to 5 days before new radio comes in.

Funny. I searched for this because I too am having this issue. I noticed it on 5/31, but it may have been happening longer.

I thought it might just need recalibrating since I was parked in the garage for the better part of 3 months. It's still occurring though.

Thinks I'm 45 minutes away.

Bummed others are having the issue, but happy there may be a fix.

I had the dealer look into it today. Asked me to bring it back on on the first week of July for the whole day. They need to have the electrical tech look into the issue, I'm speculating maybe a radio change???. What does opening a case mean?

Dealership said they had to replace radio. 4 to 5 days before new radio comes in.
After 2 weeks, Dealership tells us the jeep is ready to go. Said radio came in yesterday and they installed. Hard to believe. Jeep would not start. The jeep did not look like it had been moved for several days. We noticed a spider web running from back tire to the running board. Left there knowing we had made a mistake buying a jeep.

A case escalated on your behalf would allow a Case Specialist to work with your dealer to help find a potential solution. Please send us a private message if that's something you're interested in.
