I don’t know why or exactly when it happened, but my navigator’s map is way off. It not even in the same state as me when it shows.

time is off too…..

Anyone else ever run into this or know how to fix?

The built-in nav system?

When GPS on a phone is acting weird, it's often recommended to restart it then wave the phone in a "figure 8" pattern. Maybe you could restart the Jeep then drive in a figure 8 a few times?

Hopefully someone will have better advice!

You have a bad/dead aircard in the radio. It provides the 4G cellular network connection to your UConnect radio, but the GPS antenna has to pipe coordinates through it to make the navigation work. The aircard is a required hardware "bridge" to make that happen, even if you aren't using any connected services.

Unfortunately, the only solution as far as I know, is to replace the aircard or the radio entirely.

You can find aircards for around $50 and do it yourself if you're semi-comfortable with electronics.

If we are talking about the factory unit, then yes I had this issue and the head unit was toast.
Kudos to the dealer who took care of me when it was technically out of warranty.

Good day Folks. I also have this issue. GPS has no location info and there is an amp draw that will kill the battery. It goes away when the uconnect is disconnected.
It is also rebooting constantly. Could this all be because of a failed aircard?

A failed aircard will cause the GPS issues. I’m not aware of it causing an amp draw or continual reboots. Sounds to me like the radio itself is the issue.
