Gorilla glass replacement question

You're correct: they're telling you bullshit. The first replacement is covered. Take all of your business to a different dealership.

Yeah, it's not a normally covered component so they don't know about it. The normal windshield is covered under 1yr/12k miles when new, and the gorilla class has some addtional special clause with it. They'll only cover replacement ONCE, though. Went through this process myself

Update:
Got called and had to return to the dealer for more pictures. Then got called and asked to text my own close up pic of the point of impact.
Then got APPROVED for replacement!!

I thought sure this was going to end in disappointment, and I still feel like I shouldn't have to beg for what's right, but I'm pretty happy about the result.
