I use Teraflex’s geometry correction brackets for their 2.5” spring lift kit on my 2022JLR. I am very happy with them. They flatten out the control arms and set the geometry back to a good place. Yes they hang a little lower, but have never been an issue for me.

If you live in the rocks and that’s your thing you probably want every bit of clearance you can get and will pass on them. Other than that, there really isn’t anything bad to say about them. They do their job and hold up.

One nice thing about adjustable control arms is if you decide to go with a bigger lift down the road they can be adjust to fit the new lift.

Control arms correct your alignment. Drop brackets correct your geometry with byproduct of correct your alignment. I installed both. The cost is ground clearance.

They all did a good job explaining.

Geo brackets made a stability and ride difference with my daughters wrangler. She already had the longer mopar arms which I also have switched to a set of Core arms with better JJ’s on each end. I had to shorten the arms to achieve OE length. She only has a 2.5 spacer lift and geo brackets was an improvement over longer mopar arms alone

I have both. I did the Metal Cloak geo brackets first, with Mopar LCAs. The jeep drove beautifully! Just bolt in and call it a day.
the MC are a PAIN to install as they use NASA spec tolerances but they are aeriouheavy duty. Im not worried about out bashing them on rocks (maybe worried for the rock).

i then added adjustable control arms as i went for more lift. I might not have needed to due to the geo brackets but i also wanted the flexible bushings. I lf i had to choose one, id probably choose the geo brackets.

i also have MC geo brackets on the rear as well.

I put an AEV 2.5 lift in my JK shortly after buying it back in 2010. It was just a basic kit, springs, bump stops and shocks. The ride improved but the Jeep was like a squirrel on crack when driving at speed.
I drove it for 10 years before swapping out the control arms for metalcloak adjustable. Noticeable improvement getting caster angle back into spec. Drove the Jeep for a few years and added the metalcloak geometry brackets over the winter of 24 and they helped improve the ride and handling even more. The Jeep is far less squirrely and potholes and washboard are less jarring.
I think it was worth the price and time invested getting things dialed in. Plan on doing the same thing to my 24 Rubicon hopefully over this winter.

I HATE geometry relocation brackets, WHY would you add 2+ inches of lift to just lower the control arms 2 inches, the loss of ground clearance or at least lack of gained ground clearance is the reason I don't recommend them. At least in our rocky off-road parks with ledges you would be smashing into them ALL day long.
Using a good set of adjustable or the Mopar 2in lift lower arms will add back your lost caster from the lift and you aren't completely loosing all the lift height you just installed by lowering your controls arm brackets the same amount.
MAYBE if it is only driven on the street the brackets would be fine but I couldn't afford to loose multiple inches of ground clearance off-road.

For 99% of the people, its a non-issue dragging control arms through rocks. Its a distant second best thing to long arms on lifts over 2.5". Control arms does not correct the geometry. The offroad benefit of drop brackets is making the control arms in a more neutral position, which makes popping the front tire up to a ledge or big rock a lot easier. Whereas having a steep control arm angle, your axle has to move forward before it can move up.

Unless you are building a dedicated rock crawler, or have to go through a half mile rock garden to and from work everyday, there are more pros than cons using drop brackets, both on and offroad.
