How do you deal with inspections? From what I understand they're required once your diesel hits three years.
My impression is that the pedal monster is not a tune and that the GDE tune can be emissions compliant. Therefore, neither product should be an issue for annual inspections. I don't know if the derringer actually causes an emissions problem or not.

They are both emissions compliant unless your in California, then your stuck with the Derringer.

I have had the Derringer and Pedal monster and now have the GDE tune. There are pros and cons to each that i have noticed. Be happy to share more information for those interested.

I also have a Derringer that im no longer using that i need to sell if someone wants a good deal.

In NY it just needs to pass monitors. Only issue I have had is the inspection computer cannot “see” through the Tazer. I have to pull it and plug the sgw in every year.

I would love to hear your thoughts on them. I'm planning on doing the GDE tune and would love to hear anyone's opinions, especially whereas you've gone the Banks route and can compare/contrast the two.

Just wondering if you ever got the lag from 1-2 figured out. I’m going to be in Michigan first part of sept and plan to get the tune done while I’m there.
