Hello everyone!! First I would like to thank all the members here, veterans and new for the information, advice, suggestions, and experiences with this forum and their Jeeps.
The knowledge here is invaluable. Like the title says...you have to decide what you want and what is best for you. This forum has made that possible for me.
My apologies for being pic heavy first thread in but it's decisions that's been made. We haven't ordered yet but it's coming and I hope to share that great day with everyone here. Never have owned a jeep. Worked out of a '98 model wrangler for a summer, loved it.
Let's see....I'm currently in a '19 F250 CCLB, 6.2 with 4.30
My current daily....06 corrola with 295K on it. It has the buckshot holes in the rear bumper where I had to blast a racoon.
Drove a '90 corrola wagon to 400K before the gas tank rusted out and I rolled it on the farm.
Numerous duallys, flat beds etc....so I'm thinking...."Damn!!!! This new wrangler is quiet!!!, not sure what folks are talking about road noise ?"
We really enjoyed the Earl and Anvil color thread. So we decided Anvil Willys 2 door.
Another area that was very helpful is all the wheels and offset discussions. I think I've understood the tech side of it, I've decided to go with Rock Trix 17x9 with a -12 offset and 35x12.5x17.
I've run Fox shocks on all my trucks and steering dampners so I'll stick with those.
Pretty sure I have the aux delete down.
I'll leave some pics for everyone to laugh at? and also Rugby....he runs around and bounces off shit. He'll be riding shotgun in the future.
