OP, glad that I came across your post since Fusion kit is high in my list. Mainly due to the claim it fits the XR wheels and the 2" offset clears the diff cover. Not sure if they've changed their design now...

They did change their design since I bought mine. They now have anti-flop joints like RPM.

Good to know, the RPM kit requires wheel backspace to be 4.5" or less and my XR wheels are +12 mm offset which is 4.97" backspacing. That's my main concern. And Fusion's kit doesn't require that.

I do have clearance issues with both Fox ATS and the RuffStuff diff cover with stock tie rod.

That might even why I kept the fusion tie rod when I got the RPM drag link. Can’t remember.

What a f’ing sinkhole this hobby is.

I know... I hate it sometimes...

So you are running Fusion tie rod with RPM drag link and the Fox ATS clears fine as well as the ARB diff cover?

Yessir. Exactly that setup. ARB diff cover. Worked with the XR wheels and my current -12mm 4.5” wheels.

It kinda pissed me off. Everyone that would buy that steering setup does a SS relocation. And it was designed so that on a stock Pittman with stock knuckles it won’t work. You bring it up and they act like I’m the only one ever to have a problem, even tho there are hoards with the same issues. Then poof… redesign to fix the problem that never existed. Fucking salesmen.

Constantly feel duped by marketers. Shoulda said f-it and just done whatever GenRight says. At least they’ve worked it all out.

When companies tell you something needs a certain backspacing, good luck figuring out if it needs that spacing on a 66.5”, 68”, or some other random axle.
