Having a lot of clearance issues with a Fox TS stabilizer hitting the drag link. I can’t rotate it far enough aft without it hitting the ARB Diff cover eventually.

In left turns, the drag link jam nut hits the TS eyelet, and the SS body rubs on the drag link body. It’s done some damage to the SS.

Anyone else having these issues? A lot of it seems to be a result of how far forward the drag link flops. The alignment shop said that was an issue for them too… rotating it caused the numbers to change.

Is the bend in the knuckle end joint pushing straight out?

It’s drooping. The drag link flexes up and down really easily.
Have you tried pointing it up at rest so that it doesn't hit flexed down? I think I have mine rotated so its basically level with the joints flopped down.

I haven’t tried that.

The main drag link bar is perfectly straight. Only the passenger end is bent. I guess I’m having a hard time visualizing how that would work.

Are you saying to bind the Pittman end joint some to lift the bent end when it’s flopped?

Would that cause binding during flex?

Hmm, yeah I just pulled it up. My drag bar has the bend in it so I can rotate it independent of the ends.

They should have anti flop bushings, but it doesn’t mention the drag link in the description….

None of those bushings in the drag link :/

RPM has them, but not the fusion. Of course this is discovered after it’s installed and used.

The tie rod bushings lack any boots and they just hemorrhage grease.

Starting to wonder if this was a crappy $1000 experiment. Coulda bent a lot of stock bars for this.

I wonder if their joints or ends are interchangeable.

Too late to call them today. Do you know if they sell ends only? Should only need one.

Of course the OCD in me wants to blow the G and do it right.

No sorry, I have no idea, I went with RK, I had some issues to work out with it too, but now that it’s dialed in it’s working great……

What mount are you using for the stabilizer?
