BTW the rear cargo plug, if equipped, is by default from the factory always on via the fuse on Circuit 43. Move that fuse to Circuit 45 and the plug will behave, like the one in the dash, as an accessory one, only energized when the vehicle is on.
If I am not mistaken some Owner's manuals have this incorrectly stated as Circuits 81 and 91.
