I was raising my jeep on a 2 post lift, and noticed that at full hang, my FAD and locker lines where tight. Easily fixed by popping the plastic retainers.

I have already rerouted my ebrake, and extended the brake lines, and those all looked good.

Is there much difference between full hang vs pocketing on side to the bump stop? Will that push the other side lower than full hang?

No, your wheel travel is dictated by those shocks, so full droop is full droop even if one side is stuffed up in the fender.

Technically yes, because the shocks are inboard from the hub. The difference should be pretty small though, and I wouldn't worry about it.
