Good job brother..... where did you order it from ?
Also did it come with front and rear connector? Thanks
I was able to simply go to the dealership and have them order it through the Mopar “Connectors” website using the 805-122-581 (front locker) part number.
The rear locker part number will be 805-122-582 and should be on the site as well. The connectors are keyed different for those wondering.

Fixed! The part number and package of parts worked great. The only thing I had to do is go with a little smaller heat shrink tubing. I think it will be a rock solid fix with soldered connections.

Built connector and ready for install:

I used a small piece of strap to ease the soldering process.

Soldered wires with heat shrink

Properly wrapped the wiring and installed the connector. Started it up and the code cleared right out. Issue solved!

Does the connector shown in your second photo (the one with the wires coming out at a right angle) come in the repair kit? I broke the white locking key on the connector for the FAD, which looks the same as the connector in your photo, while installing a lift kit. Thanks.

Yes it is included in the kit. Everything shown in photo #1 is within the kit.

Oh really? the bottom seems angle connector.
But that's great!

Is there any way to test which diff sensor has the issue? I have service axle on the dashboard but I'm not sure if the problem is rear or front.

I'm getting crazy or this is a good idea? - Disable with Tazer + Wiring :CWL:

Or, should I fill the sensor with 832HD Potting Compound

Those fixes above are for the locker position sensor.

The ZAutomotive harness fix is for when the sensor has already failed and you get the “service locker” error and you can’t use your lockers.

The potting fix is a preventative measure before the sensor has failed, to prevent differential oil from getting inside it and short circuiting the chip.

The issue the OP had was he no longer had connection at all because of the pins being pulled out.

Is there directions anywhere showing how to disassemble connector and assemble pins into new connector?
OP didn't need to to disassemble, his connector was svroken and completely replaced. Usually though, getting pins out of a connector is a tedious process. Personally, I would just be cutting a splicing a new connector in.

If you're hell bent to get them out. You're going to need a pointed tool and take a look at the connector. There should be a latch or barb coming off it holding it into connector. Press with awl or similiar tool and gently pull each pin.

Welcome. What connector did you damage though? The Willy's doesn't have any lockers.
