I have a 2019 JLU dual top-every year I put on my hard top (take off soft top)-no problem, This year-put it on, but now the wind noise and whistling is ridiculous.
I re seated the freedom panels several times, the seals look fine. I loosened and re tightened the hard top. Im not sure what happened ( I did get new windshield recently but it had zero noise with soft top on). I suspect the Freedom top is slightly mis aligned and found one conversation regarding the adjustment screws...but just looking for some insight from someone who has figured this out and/or found a solution before I start possible making it worse.
The center drive side panel looks a 1-2 mm higher than the passenger side in the front..but it's such a small difference. and nothing in the jeep is that perfect
The noise is making me crazy..please help.

Try treating your gaskets with lithium grease. I think there is thread on here where people have had good luck with this.

I've always used silicone grease. I would think lithium would be a mess long-term.

What's the noise? I myself have a creak in two places. One place is the eyelit next to the latch. I put some silicone grease in that area every couple of months. The other is behind my head in the drivers seat. Not exactly sure where or how to fix that one yet...

Just a thought, I had a noise coming from area of the freedom panels and found the four bolts that hold the windshield in place were loose and would cause a rattle that sounded like it was the freedom panels. I tightened the bolts and found the two outside bolts on the windshield frame were very loose, I could actually rotate them by hand. The noise went away and came back again about 2 months later, they were loose again. I used a tiny bit of blue thread locker on them and they are still tight after 6 months, no more noise or rattles. I am not sure if this is what you are experiencing but at least check them out.

You May want to try 3-in-one RUBBER Seal Conditioner. I down a 2024 Jeep Wranglers sport as well as a Ford Raptor. The seals on the panoramic roof sometimes need to be
treated because They noise when you hit bumps especially when off-road. It re-vitalizes
the seuls and make them more plastic/ soft

Hi
When you are talking about the 4 bolts that hold the windshield in place, are you referring at the one at the front, outside and below the windshield?
If so, they are perfectly tight on my jeep, I tried the silicone grease someone mentioned above but didn't work.

No, these bolts are at the top of the windshield on the inside. The bolts are located in the plastic trim at the top of the windshield. To get to the innermost bolts (near the rear view mirror) you have to lower the sun visors. The outermost bolts are visible in the corner. I would suggest you use a flashlight to find them, everything up there is black. I used the Wrangler tool kit to tighten them. They are easy to find with flashlight..
