Show me your Flags!

Looking for examples of the Flags you've got flying on your Jeep! I want to put on an American flag for July 4th but don't have one yet.

What is your set up? Where did you get the parts? How does it look?

I used one on the tailgate which usually/typically goes on a side window. I tried bending the post with no success, so it was considerably more upright than I wanted it to be.

*When displaying the American flag on a vehicle, it should be mounted on the right side, either on the fender or chassis, and the flag should not obscure the driver's view or interfere with vehicle operation. If displaying two flags, they should be mounted at the same height and hung identically. The flag should not be draped over the hood, top, sides, or back of the vehicle.

Finally got all the pieces together to add a trail flag today in preparation for Moab in a little over three weeks.

I found a heavy duty L bracket at Seatbeltplanet.com that I mounted to the CavFab tire carrier top accessory bolt. I backed the bracket with a neoprene fender washer to protect the powder coat on the carrier.

I am using a mounting stud and quick disconnect from HandyFlag.com. The quick disconnect has 1/2-20 female threads for the "flag pole", and the antenna/spring assembly I am using as the "flag pole" has 3/8-24 threads, so I needed to find the correct adapter.

The American flag and CB antenna flag sleeve came from ForeverWave.com. I also grabbed a Smiley Face flag just for giggles. It may be fun to fly when I'm in really slow traffic.

It's not the cheapest flag set-up I could get, but it is the exact setup I wanted.
