Hi,
I did my first oil change at just a bit over 500 miles. I'll do the next one at 5k and so on.
For the rest of the fluids like the diffs, the transmission and so on when should the first change be done?
Also, should i install a catch can? If so which is best?

Fluid changes are all in your owners manual. It's also very dependent on how you use your vehicle.
Catch can is a debatable subject, I suggest you google "catch can + JLWranglerforum" and you'll see the varying responses.

I changed my diffs at 5,000 also. The front looked new but the rear was disgusting. I did the rear at 10,000 and 15,000 also but at 15,000 it looked pretty good so I'll let it ride for a while now. I do have the LSD on mine, that might contribute to the nastiness factor.

Regarding the diffs…i did my first change at 11,000 miles. I don’t have LSD. The back was far dirtier than I expected with quite a bit of metal goo on the magnet, the front was clean. I only wheel occasionally. If I had it to do over I would have changed the rear diff at 7,500 miles.

What about the automatic transmission and the transfer case?

Diffs, maybe do them at 10-15k, and then every 30k after that (like every other year if you drive 15k a year), Tcase isn't too picky, probably anytime before 100k and you're fine. For the trans, ZF recommends to change the fluid between 50-75k.
