I’ve had my Jeep for almost two years. I went to get my oil changed today and the service guy said you only get three services under Jeep Wave. I thought it was unlimited for 3 years? Am I mistaken?

Actually, that is no longer true. They've changed it to 2 oil changes and 2 tire rotations. Also, you must use them within the first 24 months of vehicle ownership.

"Your first two oil changes and tire rotations are covered during the first 24 months of ownership and all service is completed by a specially-trained Jeep® Brand technician at participating Jeep Brand vehicle dealerships. Membership terms may vary based on Model Year and Purchase/Lease Date"

Wish I could gift you mine :) Never used any of them. It's so easy to change the oil I can be done in less time than it would take to drive to my dealer.
especially when you take into account the time you have to spend cleaning up all the oil they spill on top of your engine and the hassle of replacing the drain plug the next time you go to do it because they apparently felt they needed to use red locktite on it :) I swear they think the drain plug needs to be tightened to 120 ft/lbs of torq.....

well if they’ve owned for almost 2 years, they might fall under the old “3 changes” wave terms like I do. I bought mine in November of ‘22 and it shows up as 3 on mine.

Looks like if your a 2022 MY you have the 3 OLF/tire rotations. And your service dept confirmed. You have 3yr/36mo time to use these or loose them. I used mine every 5K miles and had a 5 tire rotation/balance each time and my dealer was ok with that. Some here say dealer won't do 5 only 4 tire rotation. I recently used (at 16K) my 3rd and last one on '21 JLUR, now have 17K miles on Jeep. Fortunately had no issues with all three. No spills and no over fill, 5qts instead 6. I don't know about how tight the filter or drain plug is but I'll find out in next OLF since I'll DIY them for now on. All 3 took just over an hour to wait on at my dealer, YMMV. Use them or not it's up to you but definitely do your oil changes. Good luck with having a good service dept at your dealer. I get why some owners hesitate to use but if you go behind service, while in the service drive, and check everything before leaving so if there is oil spills or overfill you can address before leaving. At least this way you have established a good service record with Jeep or a local dealer for any issues down the road, hopefully you won't have any. It'll show you at least try to take care of the Jeep.
