Without getting into the whole story - Yes I experienced the Death Wobble, and prior to that to ensure I didn't experience it the dealer installed what I thought was the correct steering stabilizer (was the original as I found out later) and not recalled part different part number - FCA & Jeep Wave following along, finally installed new stabilizer and back on the highway no death wobble yet, but straight vibration coming from everywhere from 70mph and on and when you back off gas pedal etc … Also somewhat noted some wandering that was fixed (steering more stiff) after recalled stabilizer put in - however now more things happening -
1. Vibration at highway speeds
2. Body creeking sound at low speeds (not hardtop flex)
3. Auto start stop shuts off randomly or while sitting in park

So FCA calls today and ask what I want out of all this - I said a safe Jeep for my family on the highway and it FIXED!! And if its not fixed, A NEW JEEP! I have a love hate with her right now, and worried if I did any real off roading if the thing would even hold up!

Goes in Friday for possible final fix before a judgement call is made - according to FCA no other active recalls are out on my 19 Sahara

Hey, Chris. The new stabilizer wasn't going to stop DW....it's only a preventive measure. There are owners who have had the new stabilizer installed properly and have still experienced it. Is your suspension all stock, did you install a lift... etc.?

It sounds like you have other issues unrelated to steering., but did the dealer tell you what work they were going to do?

I was told it would fix the wandering so I guess I assumed it was for the prevention of DW however they never put In the new recalled version until the second go around all stock here thankfully

the vibration is all over the front feels like left wheel but can be felt in floor, steering wheel pedal etc sometimes it’s mild sometimes it’s more noticeable all at highway speed , never had it looked at for balance issues again assumed dealer would check all that app, not bc they never even road tested after 2nd fix ..

it’s been in service for 3 days total for misc things poor quality material stuff interior and suspension steering

question is the rubis stock tires better for all season driving than the Sahara duellers ? Another thing I’m not fond of the traction on those things - very poor and only have 5k on them

have them check the suspension components for slop / looseness, and maybe give them a wiggle yourself. In particular check ball joints. The constant vibration is almost certainly tire balance as the others have said, maybe wheel bearings but way less likely and you'd hear a growl.
