Awesome. I just picked up some Rubi takeoff wheels and tires and I'm not planning on doing a lift, so I am thinking all should be good in my world. I'm really thinking hard about the warranty since I will either be keeping this for myself for a long time, or it might get passed on to one of my kids as they get a little older (they have both shown interest). It's the first Jeep in our family, so a Lifetime warranty is likely a great way to go.
Yeah you definitely should be fine with OEM wheels.

Tom emailed

"I am told that the 2 inch lift installed by a Jeep dealer is acceptable to maintain Mopar extended service contract coverage.

It may be that your call was to someone new at the call center. Hope this helps!"

I just finalized buying the maxcare lifetime warranty with $100 deductible, he was straight up and offered me the best price that I got, no BS at all, he was prompt replying back to my emails and it was a good business transaction.

I may have missed it in a previous thread but how much did you end up paying for it?

thanks

I did the same thing. Just over 2k miles now. Going to take it in for a free oil change. Going to take advantage of the maxcare free car rental.

$2665/$100

What paperwork did you receive with your warranty? I have nothing other than a line item on my sales receipt indicating I paid for it. Seems I should have something more? They told me I would be registered in the system but don’t know how to confirm.

I bought mine last week online, I should be receiving something in the mail I believe.

You can find out all the info about your plan

Just a quick question. Once you send Tom an email about an extended warranty question how long does it take for him to respond? I know he’s very busy so would it be better emailing or calling him. Thanks.

He responded fairly quick with me, I only emailed him.

I look at it more like insurance. It gives you peace of mind. Most vehicles I've owned never would have needed it. I also like the idea because I run my Jeeps off road and put the drive trane through much more stress than any of my other cars or trucks.
I have been looking into picking up a Rubicon. Would be my 3rd and last Wrangler. Last as in keep it til I am dead lol.....from what I have read going off road voids the warranty. As does larger than factory tires or over a 2 in lift. Some dealers that install lifts will carry the warranty. But it will not be through Mopar. It will be through the dealer......not quite the same peace of mind as the factory backed warranty......
