We just installed the SP3 Teraflex Spring kit with the 3.3 Series shocks and 2.2 Series Stabilizer. It works phenomenally! You can get it here

I just installed my Nexus 2.2. It is awesome! Long windy highways, clicked it to firm and it holds perfect. Off-roading, click to soft and it is amazing!
I wanted to thank jeremyjeep for the info about the bad factory steering stabilizers. Mine was no. X151 it's already been replaced.
The only issue with my steering was when I hit uneven or pot holes in our great Michigan roads the wheel would give me feedback.
What I mean by that is when I hit a pot hole the wheel would shake back and forth in my hand. I got a Falcon 2.2 adjustable stabilizer.
All I can say is it took 95% of the shake out of my wheel when I hit something. You can feel the different settings, I'm using medium most of the time. I also replaced the stock track bar with a JKS Heavy Duty unit. I will also be replacing the lower control arms with heavy duty (non adjustable) fixed units. Tire pressure is right at 38. It drives really great now. My ball joints were also barley (the bottom ones) hand tight, I tightened all 4 of them the first week I had it. I also went thru all the steering components and made sure they were tight. This was my experience I just wanted to share it with everyone. This is a great forum I have learned lot. Yeah I was crawling around under my Jeep looking at all the welds to! So far no recalls.

Hey for you guys put on Falcon 2.2 SS, how hard is the installation? Do you need to disconnect track bar to get access to the bolts? (assuming stock track bar)

If no lift you will either have to jack it up on jack stands which is what I did or remove one end of track bar. I have since had the mopar lift installed. I could now remove it without taking the track bar off. The nexus makes for a great driving experience.

super simple install, directions and video from Teraflex made it a breeze. I did not jack up the vehicle, installed on the floor. One item not addressed was I had to get an alignment after, my steering wheel was 90 degrees off.

Easy did it on 30 min lunch break. If you have a lift on Jeep you don’t need to remove track bar bolt just use 6” extension where you need to.

I have a stock 2018 JLU with stock 17 in rims and non-lifted. Have 8,000 miles on the odometer and started experiencing something similar to death wobble but on a lower scale, meaning if there are minor pot holes on both sides of the road I get an uncontrollable shake from side to side until I pass the bumps. My jeep originally drove much smoother and I didn't feel those bumps as much as I do now. My question is I ordered the teraflex falcon steering stabilizer 2.2 adjustable but they also make a non adjustable, should I have ordered the non adjustable since my vehicle will not be lifted?
I have a JLUR with the Mopar 2" lift on the stock 33" tires, I also started getting the steering shimmy at about 7,000 miles and it progressively got worse until it wasn't anything short of the death wobble, tried to order a Fox steering stabilizer but they were backordered, I just installed the Falcon 2.2 yesterday, and today I've been driving all over the same roads that would trigger the shimmies. It is fixed !!! not a sign of wobble, I set the stabilizer on the medium setting and haven't touched it since. so I would guess the non adjustable unit would work just fine.

Excited to see everyone getting results! Ordered the Falcon adjustable today. I’m at 6k miles with Mopar 2 inch & 37 KO2. Started getting shimmy going over bumps (very similar to everyone here) last week. I had my shop re-torque all bolts to spec today which helped with the “loose” steering feeling I was getting but did not solve the highway bump shimmy. My stabilizer is one of the “bad” ones so looking forward to swapping it out next week.

I tried to bend my stock dampner into a banana on the rubicon trail. I picked one up from River City Offroad for a great price, and have been more than happy. The one drawback, is that it sits in nearly the exact position as stock, so it's only a matter of time before I noodle this one too.

Looking into some steering upgrades, and will try and remove it from the bracketry. Hopefully, I can get it top-mounted over the tie rod. It would be a damn shame to ruin such a nice unit.

Running on firm onroad, and soft offroad, on 37's and a RC 2.5 lift.

Yes, you need to unhook the end of the track bar on the passenger side. You need to get to the bolts holding the original steering stabilizer bracket to the axle. It's not that bad. The Falcon 2.2 comes fully extended. With the wheels fully turned its still to long to line up with the spacer and other brackets that come in the kit. The most difficult part is compressing the stabilizer to bolt it up. You cannot push it in by hand! Warning, there is a seal on one end with two little springs, be real careful when trying to rotate it to line it up. I ended up using a long screwdriver thru the eye and into the bracket, pulled on it and the stabilizer finally compressed. Once you brake it free it will move freely. There is a video on YouTube of the installation. Well worth the money, I can't stress that enough. My JLUR steers great with next to zero wheel shake of any kind over any terrain.
Good luck!

I would certainly appreciate it if you could take some pics showing the height from the side of JL. I am probably getting the TF SP3 for my JLUR, and would really like to see the result. — Grant

I installed my 2.2 today and it was extended too long. I had my wife turn the wheels to the left and I put it on the tire to compress. She turned it back to the right and it fit perfectly. My steering may have been a little loose, but it is night and day how much better it is now!

Just wanted to update this thread with my experience. Put on the adjustable 2.2 stabilizer last week and it has been a night and day difference! I've done a ~300 mile round-trip (on terrible roads) twice with 0 shimmy. Medium works fine for me even on the highway -- I probably could have got the non-adjustable one and been fine. Highly recommend doing this with bigger tires and/or lift.
