Ordered 11/15/21, the build is complete and has been sitting at the rail yard since 3/8.
Mine has also been sitting in a lot (Swanton) since 3/8. Maybe this will be our lucky week... ? LOL

I think a Toledo Jeep dealer could make a killing if they started offering even fairly good prices. You would think shipping from the plant to the dealer would be really quick...

My dealer is 10 minutes from the factory (I’m 20). I ordered my JLUR XR on 12/23 and picked it up on 2/10. I got 13% below the window sticker. That was only because I have a family member who works for Chrysler so I got a “Certain Designated Individual” number. And, I was price locked in. Otherwise they wouldn’t offer anything below invoice. If local dealers would offer below invoice on the regular I would consider going into the delivery business.

I don't know what to say to that. I cannot and WILL NOT wait another month.

Dealer?
Not sure who you ordered from or what price you negotiated but you really cannot control/demand anything with regards to build time & delivery time. Jeep’s ordering process has been a crapshoot whereas the ordering process on the Mercedes I ordered my wife has been very professional & transparent.

I ordered 11/23 via TriCity Jeep in Eden, NC. The dealer has been excellent, absolutely not on them. Blame is on corporate.

I looked it up there is a Jeep dealer less than 10 miles from the factory. They should allow for pickup from that dealer no matter where you bought it.

Can you imagine the infrastructure required to make that happen? The massive parking lots to store all of the Jeeps while people traverse the continent to get there? The logistics of signing off on everything and potentially having to deal with financing? All of the issues around addressing problems with the delivered Jeep? That dealership would then have to get a cut of every delivery that they were involved in., So that would require buy-in from independent dealerships across the country.

German manufacturers have that option, but it's orchestrated by the factory. Jeep would have to do something similar and not pawn it off to a local dealership.

One can wish.

This is my 2nd from Gupton. Absolutely no ill will towards them, Daniel or Renee. My harsh feelings are towards FCA. Obviously I can't control any aspect of that behemoth, but I certainly can demand answers. I won't get them, of course, but we know that going in. ?

Hopefully the flood gates have opened and all our Jeeps will make it soon.

Sorry to hear about all of the delays. It's really a crappy.

This thread is less than encouraging. I'm a Bronco order holder since last year and won't see my build in MY22 so leaning heavily towards picking up a Rubicon. Dealer is offering 4% below invoice and said about 3-4 months from order to delivery. After reading this thread I honestly don't know what to think / do here. Ugh

Do it! you might be the lucky one that gets it in less than 2 months. And then you can brag here about it while everyone else mumbles and grumbles. Roll the dice!

I feel for those waiting today.
Last March I ordered my Willys just how I wanted it and exactly 3 weeks later picked it up at the dealer.

<Begin Whine>
A call to FCA yesterday resulted in an extremely nice lady who has been there 8 years and was "surprised" my Jeep was still sitting there. She escalated me without asking and today I get an email from my ole buddy Cara.

Please note this is the ELEVENTH time they have extended my ship date and note the month long window I was given.

Sadly, they have pretty much beaten me down to not giving an F now. As someone posted in another thread I have the "At this point they can just keep their F'in Jeep" feeling.
