As I am headed to southern Utah tomorrow I checked my fluids and was a bit surprised how low the engine coolant was. i purchased the Mopar coolant and topped it off. Took 2.5 cups to get between the min and max mark.

I don’t believe I have a leak, but will watch going forward.

When is the last time you checked? 1/2 a quart is not much in a year. It’s a lot for a week.

that looks like the normal range for the wrangler
note OAT coolant only. PN 68163848AB is the concentrated or PN 68163849AB for premix

Honestly, I hadn't checked it before - I know shame on me. I took delivery in Feb of '23 and all the levels were fine then.

I am thinking it is normal consumption and not a recent leak. No drips, or puddles in the garage at all, and no indication of oil / coolant mix. I just changed the oil last week and it was just oil in the pan.

I will keep a better eye on it going forward for sure

Yup - that is the after I filled it picture. I should have got a before as well, as the level was barely visible in the bottom of the overflow bottle.

Given I am leaving tomorrow I paid too much for the concentrate at the dealer. Assuming I use that up I will grab a jug of premix next time.

The bottle seam is the proper level.

Think I’m good, checked this morning after driving all day yesterday and the cool level was right at the seam on the bottle, whew!

I'm taking it to the dealer Friday - I topped off the coolant back in Feb, and it is below the minimum again. I noticed what looks like coolant residue on the connector under the bottle and on the steering column direct under the bottle. If it is leaking I'm expecting it to be replaced under warranty

I had to have mine replace also. Seems to be a problem with new Jeeps.

It's not just Jeeps, I had to do one on our Escape as well:)
I wonder if it's the same vendor or the same attachment method. The engineers (I apologize for being an engineer) may have tried to save weight or manufacturing costs.

Thankfully my leak is very minor. A few dried drips of coolant under the reservoir , visible on the hose clamp

It’s every manufacturer. These quick connect fittings are terrible. I blame the Europeans for starting this design.
