I have 2021 wrangler Sahara unlimited V6, barely over 20,000 kms on it. This morning I had a CB radio installed, nothing crazy, mounted on passenger side of center console towards the dash with power cable to the battery, antenna mounted on driver side, nothing to the fuse box. simple install. The jeep was perfect when I drove it to the shop this morning, went to pick it up after the install, fired it up and got warnings for the electronic throttle and stability control, check engine light was on and I couldn't get over 10-15 km/h. I tried disconnecting the negative battery cable for 30 min give or take and no change. Called dealership and they said it was in "limp" mode and needed to be brought down, so I called roadside and away she went. ( 2 hour trip to dealer). I started reading other posts on here about somewhat same issues. I cant see the radio install affecting anything because nothing was modified, no wiring or anything touched. I read a couple posts about possible RF waves causing issues? Or I thought maybe because it was mounted to close to the transmission causing computer chip interference??? I have no clue and hope its nothing crazy bad... Any suggestions out there would be greatly appreciated
