Have both of your batteries checked. If one is bad, replace both of them.

It's not under the hood. It's under the fuse box, or behind the passengers front fender liner. If you changed one and not the other, you might have issues caused by the other battery.

If your Jeep still has the original factory batteries have the both replaced. Replace them both at the same time. Before you pay anybody to do anything to it, replace them...

There are a couple of star connectors in the jeep. These are where the different controllers get connected to the CAN bus in the vehicle. One is behind the glove box. Check there for loose wires or a cracked connector. I think there is another one near the passenger side rear wheel well inside the jeep. They are just plastic bars with connector ports. It's not incredibly uncommon for one to crack and cause errors. It could be just your dash cluster losing communication. Get a code reader and plug into your OBD port and read any stored codes. That may point you in a direction as well.

You probably have the etorque so you don't have the small aux battery under the fuse box. There is a large battery under the rear passenger side inside the frame rails, that's the only other battery you'll have. I'd follow oldcjguy's suggestions, seems like a good place to start since you've changed your main battery.....

not all 2.0ls have two batteries; it's possible you have an e-torque model without it
