I wouldn't even put them back on. I've taken mine out on each Jeep I've owned and threw them in the trash.
I picked up some of those bullet shaped nuts that help with installation and just left it at that.

same here... I know some people say that it would make it easier for some lowlife to steal the doors.. but I wonder who goes around trying to steal Jeep Wrangler doors ?

I mean they still have to remove the check strap bolt so it isnt as easy as just picking them up and walking away.

The door bolts only torque to 8 ft-lbs, just barely above finger tight so if you replace them, keep that in mind. When I swap out for my half-doors, I smear a little wheel bearing grease on them when I re-install as WB grease is fibrous and high temp, so it won't run out and additionally, keeps moisture out so they can't corrode. Also, when I pull those bolts, I can see the wear pattern from the door, so they do appear to be a bearing surface and do need some kind of lube anyway.

Also, if you lock your doors then the lowlife won't be able to lift them off the pin because the door is internal to the vehicle held by the door latch.

Yeah, when I swap my doors for tube doors in June I'm planning to replace the bolts with the silver bullets instead.

Sawzall and don't worry about putting one back in. The inner anti slam hinge thing should keep them from being removed well enough.

Vise-Grips will get it out, for sure. I've done this many times.
I tried with vise grip but it didn’t workout it is not moving at all with full force, is there something else that might help?

Could try an hammer impact driver (the screwdriver looking one) before going more destructive.

Do you have a dremel? Maybe try slotting for a screwdriver before cutting the head off or drilling it off.

Stupid question, but you’re turning the right way? You should be turning it to the left.

Good point, and it should take some grunt to bite the vice grip on, you basically want to cut into the head.

Try a flat blade against the bolt head and tap with hammer or Vice grip the head and tap that with hammer.
Or just pull the hinges right from the tub and remove the whole door so you can lay it down and get more force on it.

No one can steal the doors anyway. The door stop bolts in and no one parks with their doors open. Hope you get that GD bolt off.
Then do something like these. I’m in northeast and have run something similar on last few rigs. Anti seize on the pin threads and a little grease and be good forever.
You may need to replace that door hinge completely if it was gorilla’d on prior to you.
