Passenger Seat Stuck

Has anyone run into an issue with their passenger seat getting stuck? As in - it wont roll back fully? It tilts fine, but it locks up about 6 inches back from the actual slid position. It is a HARD stop and nothing seems to be in the rails, no seat belt, nothing in the tracks, etc. I've tried it from every angle (including sat in in and pushed) -- nada. It just wont go. Therefore my passengers have about 3 inches of leg room... not ideal.

Both the driver's seat and the passenger seat of the 2dr JL, have a seat return insert that can fail... Your issue could be seat return insert related..

Easy to fix yourself in less then 5 min. if you have the part..

Part needed for each side is cheap ($4.00+-) but can be hard to find sometimes..
Seat return insert for driver's seat Part # 68485519AA
Seat return insert for the pass seat Part #68485522AA

Per your advice early on, I purchased 4 per side....I was seeing it happen on this forum daily and assumed ..better to have and not need than not have at all. To date mine have not broken, but I'm armed if they do! Thanks Rhinebeck01
