Passenger Window Stuck in Up Position

This past weekend, my passenger side window stopped working. Here’s an overview of the trip. 2024 Wrangler Willys w/ < 2k miles.

On Saturday, I was out running some errands, and everything was running fine. Let’s call this “Trip 1.”

Trip 2: Start the Jeep, and I get a Christmas tree of error messages (battery charging fault, loss of power steering, and some others). Turn the ignition off, and turn back on, and everything is fine. Roll the windows down, and roll them back up when I stop at my next errand. No issues with window operation such as funny sounds or smells.

Trip 3: Attempt to roll the windows down. Driver’s side works fine, but the passenger window doesn’t budge. Thankfully it’s stuck up rather than down.

I have a service appointment scheduled in a few weeks, but is there anything obvious I should check in the meantime? I verified that the fuses were seated but haven’t done anything else.

Well, got a CEL today. Thankfully the dealer service dept. agreed to let me drop it off today ahead of my appointment.

I must have received a Friday afternoon or Monday morning build! Also realized recently that the factory left off the tailgate decal.

I had a wacky rear passenger window similar to your description, but I did not have a full bunch of dashboard alarms. My issue was self-induced, I was doing some work on the center console. the wiring for the rear window passes through the switches located at the back of it. I didn't now tuck one of the connectors fully seated and hence if I drove it would make or break at will sticking the window in open or closed positions randomly. May not solve all your problems, but it could be a solution to one of them....

I haven’t done any modifications to the electrical system, however I had a defective battery replaced within a week of purchase, so this isn’t my first electrical gremlin to report.

The battery is so typical its expected albeit sad that an auto nowadays needs to be on all the time while locked for alarm and keyless entry. More do dads the worse it gets. I stored a friends hybrid Toyota SUV. same thing. battery died while simply parked.

Recently had this symptom but my rear window was making noise. I posted a thread looking for answers. What did they find for you?
