When putting the doors back on the stopper on the driver’s door is stuck inside with only about an inch coming out. The stopper is wobbly and you can shake it up/down/in but it won’t come out the way it is in the other doors so can’t bolt it in.

Is there a way to pop it out again or is it just broken and need it to get fixed?

it has this cylinder at the top that probably is what prevents the arm from coming out.

You can also just tie something on there and pull hard as hell till it come out...
Or get a longer bolt to use temporarily... put in the mix til you get the door hinge check to come out...

"What you can do (one of a few ways) is take the a much longer bolt and use it in place of your short check strap bolt. The longer bolt will allow you to reach to...to fasten up to the check strap and pull it out of the cavity further. After it is out, remove your long bolt and then use the short bolt to secure the check strap properly. So, guess you will be going to the hardware store. You will be careful next time not to let the check strap go into the cavity."

if you just use some force, you can pry it back out. It will come. I used a pry bar with a piece of carpet to protect the paint

One of the hacks I saw was to take the Jeep Tools take the longer arm and put it in your ratchet, slide it through the hole of the arm that is stuck partially close the door then with insert the end of the Long tool into the hole and then gently push the door outward till you get to the first click That will free up the space and then put the bolt in unless something is physically broken inside the door that should fix it.

I wish they had never put those things on Wranglers when they changed over from the JK.
