Afford what? That's a fairly affluent part of town, he can very likely afford it.
He must have forgotten to change the wheel oil filter, or maybe he had a tire fluid leak. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯I read elsewhere the owner recently rotated tires on their own.
That's what I found most odd about this...Must have been someone that was wanted by the police not to stay around. Is it me or did the white car that got double smacked just start driving off like nothing happened?
My question would be too many, or not enough ugga dugga's from the impact gun...Cant tell for sure, but looks like a wrangler to me.

YouTube Harbor Freight torque wrench vs Snap-on torque wrench. Amazingly the Harbor Freight one did better in all of the tests.I don’t have a direct answer for you..... but here is a thread on Tekton and there are a ton of YouTube videos on this US-based company....

You, sir, have OBVIOUSLY never let your blinker fluid run completely out... hit that turn signal lever with a dry blinker fluid tank and boom- blows the rear tires off every time...And I'm sorry, but even if you'd torqued all of your lugnuts to 80 foot pounds your wheels are not going to fly off like that unless you have not been checking as the lugs are slowly falling off one at a time. You think that 10 lug nuts just came off at the same time suddenly?
That's my thought as well. You usually get a warning and need to ignore it completely for a while before the wheel will come off. And the vibe will be severe before they do.And I'm sorry, but even if you'd torqued all of your lugnuts to 80 foot pounds your wheels are not going to fly off like that unless you have not been checking as the lugs are slowly falling off one at a time.
