I hope that these are older (2018+) JL models being discussed, i.e., that the factory hasn't gone back to its incorrect aiming ways...All it would take is one technician on one shift, day after day, week after week, to mess up a lot of headlights...

Good luck out there!
Brand new '22 JLR with halogens and I'm getting flashed all the time. I assumed it was just because it had nice clean lens and sat a little higher but now think they are probably adjusted wrong from the factory. Will be lowering them a bit now and see if it helps. I normally drive a Subaru to work in the dark and hate out of adjustment lights from oncoming traffic, and despise lifted trucks/jeeps with a horse's ass that never adjusted the lights down that think it's funny. Not going to be that guy.

My leds were a tad high straight from the factory. It was dark by the time I left the dealer, and got flashed multiple times during the 3 hour drive home. Next night, I drove around with a long Allen wrench that fits the torx adjuster and had them dialed in after a couple of stops on the side of the road. That Allen has lived in the cargo cubby ever since. Needed a tweak after every tire and suspension change. Only video I ever referenced was from Litebrite about which way to turn the adjuster for up and down. Never bothered with walls and tape measures.

Damn it the thread title is pure click bait.

Thought i was coming here for boobs and instead it’s about adjusting headlights.

oh yeah! had to adjust my LED's down a tad and now only get flashed once in a while. I purposely do not roll with fogs on unless there is fog (duh) because oncoming traffic tends to flash more frequently.

Happened frequently when new - used a laser level on a tripod to setup a measurement area on a wall after hearing a lot of stories about headlights being improperly adjusted from the factory. Funny part was mine were set correctly but I adjusted the driver side down below the 'spec' and then people stopped flashing.

When setup for camping mode with fridge and stuff in the back I get flashed more because the squat aims them back up.

in Amerika, we apparently can't be trusted with such things, and Headlight Leveling is not available on our cars. (oddly, though some cars apparently can be trusted to do it themselves, as i've had cars with Auto-Leveling Headlights).

I have a 2 door. For headlights I have the old fashioned "candle lights".

I drive in the daylight with my lights on as I think my Jeep looks cool.

I am flashed often.

See attached an extract from the manual. I have the switch set to 0 and still get flashed.

Mm. That our Wranglers -- of all vehicles! -- don't have the headlight leveling adjustment feature that foreign markets receive is more than a little annoying.

We don’t get that, I don’t I ever seen a US vehicle equipped with that either.

Get flashed all the time with the factory LEDs on my 2021 JLUR, (and occasionally cussed out), but also got flashed with my Halogens on my 2018 JLU. I run without the fogs to make it a little easier for oncoming traffic.

I had to adjust mine also, after the dealer looked at them and said they were good.
Air bags are cheap and easy to install if you are going to put a load on the rear. I installed a set for my hitch carrier.

Blinding oncoming drivers makes you an inconsiderate Ahole. Im happy to see so many people care enough to fix it.

Link, please? They came to mind during an interstate camping trip last year. The droop was negligible, but I thought I might investigate options anyway. Daytime driving only on that trip, so no worries regarding headlight aiming.

Jeep Wrangler JL Does anyone else get flashed on the regular? Camp check in

Seems someone flashes headlights at me almost every night that I drive. I presumed it was because my 4xe (2021, built in September) sits higher, but I'm going to check out the aiming video. I don't think they've corrected the aim issue....
