Obviously the other driver's fault. Obviously it's not related to your (I have absolutely no idea why you said she is a Bank Manager) sister being distracted by talking to her brother on the phone.

Obviously.
Well, truckers, longshoremen and drunken sailors are known for their “Colorful Language “, Bank Managers are usually a bit “more refined”. Away from work, I had occasionally heard her drop an “F Bomb”, but that day she let loose a string that left Me Speechless😳, definitely not what I expected, and there ain’t much that I haven’t heard in 36 years driving truck

He may have thought I was giving up too much space from the vehicle ahead of me. The speed and conditions called for it in my mind. In any case, we weren't getting anywhere any faster with the stack of vehicles ahead of us and a pile up wouldn't have helped anyone behind me if there was a crash ahead of me.

I've also thought about running Max Regen on the highways in traffic may be making the brake lights flash a lot when easing up on the accelerator. That might be something to consider in the future.

As to road rage, naw, that gets people hurt. I don't even infrequently get road rage. I also don't mind telling an Internet smart ass to blow me. No rage, just flicking a mosquito away.

But I appreciate your idea. He may have wanted me to ride the bumper of the vehicle in front of me like he was doing to me.
Your brake lights flash on Max Regen? I think you just found the issue. I'd guess that most people have NO idea that that happens. I didn't know it, and I follow F1 racing, where that is the norm.

Drivers behind you think that you are being over cautious at best- and should get in the slow lane- or brake-checking them at worst.

Is Jeep the only one that does this? They need to stop. There have long been technologies that slow a vehicle significantly without flashing the brakes. Jake brakes on trucks, buses and larger RV's for example.
