As soon as we all agree, someone will change their mind just to keep the argument going.

Add a little dish soap to break surface tensions.
I always like a little pinot noir to break the tension.

What if I pump the fluid out instead of taking cover off. Talking early changes, not waiting much over 10k

In the absence of a drain plug, I'd want to remove the differential cover to ensure that there's a reasonable absence of swarf and/or shavings that would otherwise appear on a magnetic drain plug.

Agree. I don't even bother with the drain plugs that are on my 2018.

But, given that he wants to do very short intervals, it's a compromise that's probably better than doing longer intervals because of avoiding cover R&R.

Great thread everyone. I have the Ultimate Dana 44 Adventek front and the Ultimate Dana 60 Advantek coming. Actually the 44 is in my garage now. Much beefier unit than the OEM 44 Jeep uses.
Good discussion and Dana recommends 70w140 for both. They don't specify synthetic or non, but they don't even have non-syn available on their site.
