If your oil pan looked like this, what would be the urgency on replacing it? ASAP? Not immediate but soon? When it’s convenient? Don’t bother?

I would do it ASAP but, that's me. And install a skid plate at the same time.
Yeah, I really want to install a steel belly pan only reason I haven’t already is because Jeep can’t seem to fix a transmission leak. About to go back in for the leak a third time.

Unless it bothers you looking at and no leaks, I’d leave it.
I would use a rattle can to touch up the scrapes though.

Looks like a pretty hard hit! Decently tricky the hit the oil pan, doesn't seem common. I'd replace it at your leisure but would replace it.

I'd do it before you bring it in to them again (unless you're gonna pay the dealer to do it anyway).

I'm not finding the lower pan separate from the oil pan assembly, although it looks like it may be available from the diagram.

If your not having oil pressure issues or strange rattles from below and there are no leaks its probably only cosmetic.

If its under warranty replace it before you go in for a service problem. Then change it when you perform your next oil change and at the same time invest in a skid plate while your under there.

I would not spend money on a new pan... but rather a skid.. whatever you were doing when you crushed that pan is going to happen again.. and perhaps you are not going to be that lucky next time, especially without a skid.

Not familiar with the 2.0 motor enough to know where the oil pickup is, so only comment is as @RoadNomad mentions if you have a different oil pressure, then you have a problem. Or maybe a potential problem as sludge builds it might block.

This is not my first undercarriage damage, and as ppl have said, it will not be my last.
