So about a month ago my 2018 Rubicon began to turn on the CEL, threw the scanner at it & it showed me a bunch of codes one of them being an aux battery code, I figured that maybe the aux was causing all of the other codes to go off so I went ahead and replaced it from the engine bay & not being to familiar with these things I burnt the N3 fuse out causing the vehicle to go into a panic mode anytime I would start it I went ahead & took it to a very good shop around the area that replaced my aux/n3 fuse/ & main battery we also tested the alternator which was good & yet the vehicle will still go into weird light attacks it’ll flash every light on the dash while running the dash shuts off & suddenly the day after every light will be off including the CEL ? We have gone as far as to to check the can bus & everything checks out, anyone who might be able to shoot some tips as to what else I can troubleshoot this is getting very frustrating & taking up a lot of my time as this is my wife’s daily driver & have had to arrange our schedules any help is appreciated.

You say you have checked the canbus - have you replaced the canbus block? I had the same issues and they disappeared once I replaced the green canbus. The one I removed showed no physical signs of a problem. They cost less than $10 and take 10 minutes to replace - give it a shot.

I 2nd the canbus block.
What you have is a communications issue. Assuming your Jeep isn't on fire it's highly unlikely for all those codes to be accurate. Since you addressed the batteries we can likely rule out insufficient power. That just leaves canbus or damaged wiring. Since you just had a questionable power situation (and shorted cables because N3 blew) it's probably canbus.

Fricken Eddie. I wonder how many people have screwed up their electrical system by replacing the aux battery through the engine bay shown in his video.

so I ended up installing a new can bus green one, installed it turned it on and my check engine light remained on is that normal ? Do I have to clear the code ? Or was it supposed to clear on its own ?

If you have a code reader, post the code here for context.

I can almost guarantee (99.999999%) this was your issue. I went through the same issues with my dash lighting up with all kinds of error messages. I replaced the green can buss behind the glove box and haven’t had an issue since. Been about 2 months now.

where are you finding it for $10? I’m looking but all are about $50 or more.
I purchased my spare CANBUS blocks (2) on eBay last year for $12.99. The listing is now absent, and they're not found elsewhere on that site at the moment. Of course.

How about this site?

I also had dashboard light up issue. Went to fuse box pushed several fuses and relays in to seat them. Then replaced green and while I was at it, White can bus behind glove box. It’s been two months. Haven’t had one dash light issue/error since then.

Forgot to add bought them on eBay. They were $50-$55 each but well worth the price.
