Hey All -
Recently in my 2018 JLUR all my warning lights are flashing on then going off.
- While driving speedo and tach stop working, comes back after a few minutes
- ESC Lights up
- AUX Batt lights up - replaced last month (Service Start Stop)
- Service 4WD lights up
- Disconnect Sway bar not available lights up
Basically the entire electoral system freaks out, all warning lights go on then go away. What stays on is the ESC light. Sometimes the Service Start Stop, but again just replaced the AUX battery, tested to make sure I didn't get a faulty battery and it's still good.
Recently I had the gateway module replaced under warranty as the Radio stop working - all is fine now with the radio.
I have no drive-ability problems and this happens once or twice a week.
Its currently at local dealer here in North Texas, 35 engine codes stored. Mostly lost communication with whatever system its trying to talk too. I suspected the battery but no low voltage codes. I did notice the battery gage showing 12.2 volts at idle after all the warning lights went out. The next morning, battery was showing 14.2 volts on a cold start.
Dealer wasn't sure where to start. I told them in order of events look at the ESC system then the battery. ESC light always shows up first. They're going to have it for about a week to figure out what's actually happening.
I had a star case started for the gateway module, wondering if I need to do the same thing..
Anyone have any experience with this problem?? Tagging @JeepCares too
