Post pictures and let us know what you think about them. I was worried that with only two mounting bolts they my rattle or vibrate a lot? Let us know how it all works out? Love the BD lights.

They have plastic stand-offs with hex bolts and I will apply a bit of blue thread locker to them for security. The mounting plates are 1/8" thick so they should not flex very much if at all. Will keep you posted.

Hands down Kc mounts. Way better than the BD ones. I cannot speak to any others as I have not had them in my hands.

Curious as to what makes them better than BD. They appear to mount to the windshield hinge?

How thick are they (could not see any specs on the KC site)?

Between the rain, I mocked up the driver's side. I can move the entire Jeep from the mount, so it is solid and doubtful it would vibrate since the distance from the mounting hole to the centerline of the cowl bolts is pretty short and the plate is a little thicker than 1/8",

The only thing I am not sure that I like is the Baja's have multiple holes in the light bracket base, but only a single hole in the cowl mount. It is a 3/8" bolt so I can tighten it quite a bit and it has a nylock nut, so it may not be an issue. I would need to go ahead and mount them and drive it to see how it is.

Thanks just checked them out is there a spacer between the bracket and the body? Looks like these just sit on the body and dust and dirt may under them and cause the paint to rub off and rust? Has this been a problem?
Yes, the spacers sit in the opening where the stock screws are. Hauk furnishes the spacers and longer screws. No issues at all.
