New 2025 Rubicon one month old been back in the dealer 3 times for audio system failure to include back up camera and alarm. Last visit was Tuesday after replacing the audio system. Well as the dealer tech mentioned a Jeep Star report was made and Jeep informed the dealer if the system fails again both batteries will be replaced. Should I just go ahead and lemon law the JL or continue with the issues? Sales manager and staff won't discuss any the issues. My thoughts are a dealer with integrity would offer a solution.

I'm not sure what the proper expectation is?

Without more details, such as how many days you've been without the vehicle, what they've done each time, or whether the audio system worked after each visit, it's hard to give better advice.

Sounds like they've been taking action and have a plan if they need to go further. My bet is dead/dying aux battery.

It sucks that within 30 days you've had an issue, but at the same time, it doesn't surprise me that a new vehicle shows an issue within the first month, not that any of us want issues with a new vehicle. Better to be aware of an issue now and resolve it now vs when you're out of warranty.

Second time dealer replaced audio system. Third time to dealer jeep star was involved and software update. Fourth time coming up to replace both batteries. Total down time 5 days. Inconvenience oh heck yes. Disappoinment most definitely.

Mmmm, lemon law may not apply to radio. If the radio makes it impossible to use AC heat, etc, then sure.

Who's saying anything about lemon law? It's dissatification with a New jeep with faulty equipment. As a consumer and you might agree expect better quality from this manufacturer and or any competitors product.
You put lemon law in your original post…which leads readers to believe you feel lemon law is on the table…

I get it, certainly a bummer but let the dealer work the issue. Hopefully resolution soon.

The issues you’re having are not clear. Your posts provide no data, evidence, pictures, videos et cetera. It’s complete speculation at this point what is failing. Nobody can help you here without proper, detailed and unambiguous description of the concerns.

The only thing I gather from your posts is that you’re frustrated and that you don’t understand lemon law.

emits a sound similar to an amber alert), time changes , system will cutoff on its on, screen goes black when in reverse, right passenger door light will show door opened , upon exiting the jeep the audio will continue to play for an average of 5 minutes.
I'm not sure what's going on now after they replaced his infotainment system.

This sounds like some type of harness issue, or, as others have said, battery related. Either way, I agree let the dealer continue to do some work.

Our Dealer replaced the Amplifier first. Just made the issue worse. We are now waiting for a new head unit. When ours acts up, you lose all HVAC control as well.

@JeepCares I would strongly recommend that you jump on these Uconnect/radio issues. They plague Jeep owners. I have two 2024s and a 2025 with Uconnect and audio problems. This is not a single case.

@gtknoles Jeep replaced both batteries and some harnesses on my JL. The problem went from continuous to intermittent. They kept my JT for over a month and never fixed the problems. The issue is that the tech had to keep emailing Jeep who would reply when it suited them and they would have to email Uconnect who would also reply when it suited them. Jeep nor Uconnect will take responsibility, they just point fingers at one another. Additionally Jeep will only give the tech a few minutes pay to do a long job. The techs have families too. I think Jeep has decided that it's more cost effective to ignore the problem by stonewalling owners and keeping their Jeeps in the shop for months.

End rant... back to stupidity...

How many Stellantis executives does it take to screw in a light bulb?
