New 2024 Rubicon X with EOBD/ injection system failure

I picked up my new Jeep less than two weeks ago from Granger. When I got home the app showed a warning message:
EOBD/ injection system failure

I made an appointment for the nearest dealership and my vehicle has been at the shop for three days but they haven't looked at it.

Does anyone have experience with this error message in new Jeeps? What's the deal with dealerships making an appointment with you and then asking you to wait 3-5 days until they even look at the issue? Is this normal? The dealership's response is, "This is the way all dealerships do it."

Jeep Connect - Speed Alert. They finally moved my car on day three. Hopefully, they are inspecting it now. These driver alerts are handy today but I won't be paying the monthly service after the free trial.

The dealership called me today saying they don’t see any error codes in the vehicle. I explained I still have the email alert confirming there was an engine malfunction. It showed an alert for two days on my app and then it was reset back to green.

On my way to pick up now.

2024 Rubicon with 3.6 here, I’ve had this same issue twice. First time the light went out the next day. The second time just happened and it has stayed on. Seems to run and drive normal.

Just happened to me 392 here. Got the email and the code showing on my app. Came out and drove the car around everything seems fine. Strangest thing…

So I just ran my diagnostic tool and it says no codes. No engine light ever came on the dash but only the app and email alert. So that’s what’s strange about it.

If you never saw anything on the dash, it was likely a false positive from the messaging system. I haven't been overly impressed with the XM Guardian telemetry... I occasionally get a Vehicle Health Report for a silver Jeep in Florida.

That's what I told the Jeep dealership when they concluded there were no issues but they really just wanted to close this out. They weren't interested in investigating the app. This is the same app they want you to subscribe to monthly after their free trial. No thanks.

i just received this alert from the app as well. went out and turned on my jeep (2024 rubicon x 4xe) and nothing’s reporting on the dash

2024 JLU Rubicon X 4xe - just had the CEL on and off for a few days, thought it might be gas cap. Now on consistently. Pulled code P0131 - O2 Sensor Malfunction.
Also having issues getting into electric mode under 30 degrees F.
Have service appt on the 13th. Will keep y'all posted on what they have to say.
