Climate control

I unhooked my negative side of battery for about 30 minutes now my climate control does not work where I used to set temp when on auto now says lo, blower motor (fan) works but a/c compressor does not seem to be coming in when I push a/c button. I checked fuses and relays, any help would be appreciated. It’s a 21 rubicon XR. Thanks

Pull Fuse 97. Then it will reboot the radio, very slowly, good 30 minutes, plus a couple key cycles before all the functionality comes back.
