I have it, install was decently easy, did in a couple hours by myself. I have had to winch myself out a few times, I notice the slightest amount of flex when winching my 4xe. But it's less flex then I noticed on my old jeep with my winch mounted directly on a bumper so it works well. I certainly trust it more then the rough country plate, and its not as pricey as the Mopar or Warn so its a good mix.

Yep, have it on mine. Install was easy enough, plate and hardware seems to be good quality. Haven't had to winch up a cliff yet, but I'm confident it will hold just fine for trail recovery.
