I don't have any trouble with mine--I use the "RECIRC" SYSTEM !

Ex-auto quality engr & mgt. Now just enjoy life.
Mine works fine without hardly ever using the RECIRC system. Not had any issues holding temps with AC or with Heat... set it and forget it. Maybe my biggest gripe is that with heat it tends to automatically use the floor vents. So my feet get most of the heat. I take it out of auto to redirect it when that happens.

I took my 2020 in for a similar issue with the heater, dealership didn’t find anything wrong. Then when my Jeep was in for another issue I had them look at my A/C because it blew warm air for 15 minutes. Again, they didn’t find anything wrong.

EDIT: Btw mine isn’t set to auto climate.

I was playing with my controls this morning. It seems to be better when both side of the climate are synced.

Reading this....Glad I'm not the only one...haha I don't get it, I'll set it on say 70 degrees and it might blow cool air, it might blow hot air, you never know. I'm constantly moving between 68 and 72 to try to get it to maintain interior temp.

I actually wouldn’t know if mine works because I only use three settings: highest temp, lowest temp, or off. I adjust the fan speed and vent direction rather than the temperature of the air. I never ever use auto climate control... hate it. Once winter hit it has been on ā€œHIā€ temp the whole time.

Mine does similar. AC works great, but I usually keep on Low the whole summer. During winter after it warms up, even if I lower it to 60 it still blows the same hot temp as highest temp setting. It’s not until I set it to Low that cold air comes out. But then it’s too cold.

I took to dealer and they tried to update the computer system and nothing changed. Funny thing is that it doesn’t do it all the time, only about 66% of the time.

I have the same issue on my 2019 JLRu, right from the beginning. I can't get it to maintain any temperature level. I have less than 3,000 miles on it now.

Exactly, no way to get any temp that resembles the setting. Either super hot or cool. I havent had time to take mine in yet, but the temp is so high I literally cant touch the vents for more than one second. It's also too hot to hold my hand in front if the vent and this is on just 72 or 73....then of course 20 minutes later only blows cool air. I'm starting to worry the super high temps might be damaging internal components. I need to take it in, but finding the time is really difficult. On the bright side, I've had my JL for 15 months and the heat is the only issue I have encountered.

My '20 does it and so did my '19.
The other thing that drives me nuts is the "comfort" setting where the heated seats and steering wheel are supposed to come on below 40 degrees.
Number 1, why could they not make it user programmable to what temp you wanted it activate?
And number 2, if you're NOT going to make it user adjustable, make the temp sensor actually work.
I can't tell you how many times it's been in the 20's leaving the office and I use the remote start only to get in the car and find out the seat and wheel didn't turn on because the car thinks it's 50 something degrees out. (Car has been sitting for hours and not in the sun.)
After less than a minute of driving, the temp shows correct, but that doesn't help with the auto-on features that are supposed to kick on. (This was also on issue on the '19 as well.)

I read all the posts and I didn’t see anyone answer the question. Are you taking it out of Auto-air and using it manually? Auto air is going to eventually blow cool air to maintain the cabin temperature. I happen to like it. I Don’t like to drive with my jacket on. I leave the temp. setting at 70. I open the driver side vents while it’s heating the interior. As soon as I feel the air cool I just push the vents shut and find a perfectly comfortable drive.

I have never used the auto setting. Always manual, so that wouldnt be the cause for me. Plus, that wouldnt explain the super heated air that can burn you.
