when i was 16 my dad let me drive his 76 k5 blazer to high school and work, my dumb ass one day tried to race a z28 because my mind 4x4 350small block with elderbrock 4 barrel carb, ez atleast off the line. mind you I drove mostly manual vehicles when i learned to drive, I figured I could rev the motor in nuetral and drop it in the gear just like a manual. I learned that day how to take almost every tooth of the rear ring gear. my dad was not entertained.
